…you CAN NEVER take the Texas out of the man!
And Collin is most certainly THE MAN!
Google Street View and other services like it are pretty cool…kind creepy, but mostly still very cool. Anyway, check out the different views of TSV’s location before and after those weird Street View cars came down Manchester when TSV opened it’s doors.
This Street View shot was probably taken in the late Spring of 2011…just before TSV moved in.
One year later…The TSV Shop in all its current glory! Look at that great paint job, that beautiful sign, that awesome Camry!
We’ve estimated that this photo was taken in late March, early April of 2012…lookin’ good!
So thanks, street view dudes, for driving around and taking pictures of stuff…my only regret is that Joel and Collin weren’t outside, captured in a mid-air jumping high-five for this pictorial moment…oh well, I guess we’ll just have to wait until next time those weird cars roll through!

Collin decided to bang around on TSV’s new Orange County Drums and Percussion drum kit the other day…luckily Joel was there to document it! ROCK ON DUDE!

So Collin somehow uncovered this amazing Star Wars Holiday Special that aired on CBS around 1978. And man, what a find it was!
So for the next few weeks, Funny Video Friday will be featuring a new installment of this galactic special.
So, check out the first part right here and tune in again for the rest of this amazing program!
Gettin’ Wookie-fied!
Tune in next friday for part 2!

As you may know, TSV had a giveaway on Christmas Eve. And the winner won the Complete Box Set Of Harry Potter on BluRay!
Well TSV decided to check in with the winner, Nancy, to see how she was enjoying her gift and she was kind enough to share a photo of her and her beautiful family with her prize!
Congratulations, Nancy!
And to all of you others out there that weren’t as lucky as Nancy, don’t worry…we’re going to have another giveaway soon! And if you don’t “like” us yet on Facebook, you won’t be automatically entered to win! So “like” us…like, NOW!

In keeping with the music mood over the past couple of weeks around the TSV shop, we’ve decided to keep things mellow. And this week we are listening to Hammock!
These guys are an amazing post-rock band from Nashville, and if you’re into post-rock like Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai or Sigur Ros, then you’ve probably heard of these dudes. And if you haven’t heard of them, then you’re probably gonna love them!
This week we’re listening to their 2005 release Raising Your Voice…Trying to Stop an Echo
Now, this band has been kind enough to basically share their entire catalogue on their website. So you can hear this album right here.
Thanks, Hammock for making some amazing music!
Until next time,
TSV
UH OH! Friday the 13th! Now I’m not usually a superstitious person, but I gotta say, Friday the 13th creeps me out a little bit. It’s just a weird day…with so much expectation of misfortune, it’s almost impossible to not be a little freaked out. And speaking of bad luck, this video is a prime example of it in full-effect!
I’m sure you’ve seen this stupid video, but just in case you’ve been on some other planet for the past several years, I present to you “The Grape-Stomping Lady”…
Even though I’ve probably watched this video a hundred times, it still makes me laugh. “How can you laugh at the misfortune of others?!” you may be asking yourself. But c’mon, she’s fine. Almost 11 million views?! Are you kidding me?! She’s better than fine, she’s great! She’s famous now…take that, small-town, on-the-scene, trivial-news-reporter career! And thank you, YouTube!

While we look back on 2011 very fondly, we are truly excited to see what’s ahead for 2012. We have some great things in store for TSV and some exciting things to share here on the blog as well so stay tuned!
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY, from your favorite audio/visual rental company, Tower Sound & Vision.
Here’s to 2012,

This amazing little gem comes from India where big budgets are the thing apparently. And it’s obvious that this film’s CGI department spared no expense when it created this non-stop thrill right of WTF! I’m gonna stop typing now because we gotta get right to this clip…and even though it’s over 8 minutes long, trust me, you’re gonna wanna watch the whole crazy thing!
And with that, I present to you: BEST ACTION SEQUENCE EVER!
…I told ya it was awesome!
Well, ’til next time, keep it here for more TSVtv (I just thought of that, just now)

PS Stay tuned tomorrow (Christmas Eve 2011) for the winner of the Complete Harry Potter Box Set on Blu Ray!
